Sunny spells and some heavy showers breaking out.

Today:

Sunny intervals and further heavy showers during today. The showers most frequent over the West Highlands with fewer showers and more sunshine towards the Moray Coast. Light winds. Maximum temperature 19 °C.

Tonight:

Some showers will continue over the Islands and West Highlands but mainly dry elsewhere with clear spells. Some mist patches will form later and winds will remain light. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Thursday:

Scattered showers will continue in west with a few developing further east during the day but still quite a lot of dry and bright weather between the showers. Light winds. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

It will be a fairly bright evening in the west with just one or two showers, but Inverness and the east will be cloudier and with a risk of longer spells of rain overnight. Moderate or fresh northwesterly winds. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Saturday:

It will be a rather cloudy day with showers or longer spells of rain which could be heavy at times. A few brighter intervals, mainly further southwest. Fresh northwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Sunshine and showers again.

Today:

Any early mist patches should soon lift. Otherwise it will be a showery day and some of the showers will be heavy and thundery. Some sunny intervals too, especially over the islands. Mainly light and rather variable winds. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Tonight:

The showery weather will continue but again with some drier and clearer spells between times. A few mist patches could also occur. Winds remaining light and variable. Minimum temperature 11 °C.

Wednesday:

Another day of sunshine and showers. Again some of the showers could be heavy but with drier and brighter spells too, especially over the islands. Light winds. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Mainly dry with some bright spells, especially in South.

Today:

Rather cloudy and cool in the North with still a few light showers. Mainly dry with some sunshine further south. Lighter northwesterly winds but still fresh along the north and Northeast coast. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Tonight:

Most places will stay dry with some clear spells towards Lochaber but rather cloudy elsewhere. There will continue to be a few light showers. Brisk northwest winds. Minimum temperature 8 °C.

Thursday:

A brighter day with some sunshine but still some light showers, mainly over the north of the Region. Feeling cool again in the fresh northwesterly wind. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Today:

Scattered showers, mainly across the north and east with just the odd one elsewhere. The best of the sunshine will be found on the west coast to the south of Skye. Fresh northerly winds. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Tonight:

Still a few showers towards the North Coast. Mainly dry elsewhere with clear spells. A cooler night than of late with a fresh northwesterly wind. Minimum temperature 9 °C.

Wednesday:

Rather cloudy and cool in the North with still a few light showers. Mainly dry with some sunshine further south. Lighter northwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Heavy showers in East. Drier, brighter towards West Coast.

Today:

Mist and low cloud mostly burning off, otherwise sunny spells. Scattered showers breaking out during the morning becoming heavy and thundery away from West Coast in afternoon. Light winds. Maximum temperature 20 °C.

Tonight:

Some showers will continue towards Caithness and the Moray Coast. Becoming dry in most other places with some clear spells developing. A freshening northerly wind developing. Minimum temperature 12 °C.

Tuesday:

Rather cloudy in the North with further showers. A good deal of dry and bright weather away from here with some sunshine. Cooler with fresh northwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Mist burning back to the coast, otherwise sunshine and showers.

Today:

Low cloud and mist in east clears to leave sunny spells and occasional heavy, perhaps thundery, showers. These showers could merge to give longer spells of rain across the west. It will feel warm in the sunshine. Light winds. Maximum temperature 25 °C.

Tonight:

Showers will become confined to the northwest and west. Bright then clear spells are likely elsewhere, but low cloud and mist will spread will spread inland from the coasts. Humid. Minimum temperature 13 °C.

Thursday:

Mist will burn back to the coasts. The sunshine will set off showers, some heavy and thundery. These showers will become confined to West Highland and Hebrides through the evening. Maximum temperature 25 °C.

Heavy rain clearing to sunshine and showers this afternoon.

Today:

A cloudy start with outbreaks of rain, the rain heavy and persistent at times especially across Lochaber, but brighter conditions with sunny spells and the occasional, locally heavy shower, spread east through the afternoon. Fresh southerly then southwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 14 °C.

Tonight:

Some late evening sunshine but also some showers followed by clear spells and showers overnight, although towards the Great Glen it should become mostly dry. Occasionally fresh southwest winds. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Thursday:

Sunny spells and locally heavy showers with perhaps the odd rumble of thunder, the showers merging to give some longer spells of rain across the north and west. Breezy. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Sunshine and scattered showers. Light winds, strengthening later.

Today:

Any overnight inland mist patches will soon dissolve away to leave a mainly dry day with some good sunny spells. A few well scattered showers will develop but most of these will be light and confined to the high ground. Maximum temperature 19 °C.

Tonight:

Becoming cloudier from the west this evening with outbreaks of rain and strengthening southerly winds. This rain will spread to all parts overnight. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Wednesday:

A cloudy wet and windy start however the rain will soon move away east to be replaced by brighter conditions with scattered showers the winds will also ease away light. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

The showers will die away during the evening to leave a dry night with clear spells these allowing a few mist patches to form. Winds remain light. Minimum temperature 5 °C.

Tuesday:

No real change tomorrow with overnight mist soon clearing leaving a fine mainly dry day with long sunny spells. Becoming cloudier in the west with rain in the evening.. Maximum temperature 20 °C.
