Today:

A rather cloudy start in places with a little rain about but becoming brighter through the morning with some long sunny spells developing. Quite warm again especially towards the west coast but a strong southeasterly breeze, with coastal gales. Maximum temperature 21 °C.

Tonight:

Clear spells this evening and for the far north overnight but cloud increasing from the south through the early hours. Patchy rain likely across Lochaber towards dawn. Windy. Minimum temperature 9 °C.

Tuesday:

Some brightness expected in the north, especially for Sutherland and Lewis. Otherwise a cloudier day than of late with outbreaks of rain spreading north, becoming persistent across Caithness later. Windy. Maximum temperature 19 °C.

Some warm sunny spells. Becoming breezy.

Today:

Another bright day with some long spells of warm sunshine developing, the best of these across northern parts of Sutherland and towards the Inverness area. A rather breezy day developing though as the southeasterly wind freshens. Maximum temperature 23 °C.

Tonight:

Dry for most with clear spells in the north but thicker cloud expected with patchy light rain for Lochaber and the southern Outer Hebrides. Southeasterly gales for western coasts possible. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Monday:

Outbreaks of rain in the southwest largely dying out, otherwise dry with some sunny spells, again especially for more northern parts where it will remain quite warm. Strong southeasterly winds. Maximum temperature 21 °C.

Warm today with sunny spells, rain in the west later.

Today:

Early mist and fog patches soon clearing then most parts will have a bright day with warm sunny spells, although clouds will thicken to give some rain over Lochaber and the Isles later. Freshening southeasterly winds. Maximum temperature 23 °C.

Tonight:

Most places becoming cloudy this evening with occasional rain edging east before largely dying out by the end of the night. Minimum temperature 10 °C.

Sunday:

Some rain over the Hebrides at first, otherwise dry with clouds slowly thinning and breaking to give some good sunny spells. Moderate or fresh southeasterly winds. Maximum temperature 22 °C.

Today:

Early mist and fog patches will soon clear to leave a dry day with some warm sunshine for most, although there will be more in the way of cloud over Caithness. Mainly light southeasterly winds. Maximum temperature 22 °C.

Tonight:

Staying dry with some evening sunshine then clear spells overnight, leading to some mist and fog patches in the Glens. Minimum temperature 9 °C.

Saturday:

Most places will have another dry and bright day, although clouds will increase in the west with some rain over the Hebrides and Lochaber during the evening. Maximum temperature 21 °C.

Staying dry with clear spells. Patches of mist and fog will form and low cloud will become extensive towards the Caithness Coast. Minimum temperature 6 °C.

Friday:

Early mist patches will soon clear to leave a dry, bright day with plenty of sunshine. It’ll be warm again with light southeasterly winds. Maximum temperature 21 °C.

Most places will have another dry day. Rather cloudy with some showers at first, mainly over the Outer Hebrides. These will die out this morning then all parts will be dry this afternoon. Becoming brighter too with some hazy sunshine. Maximum temperature 18 °C.

Tonight:

All parts will have a dry night with clear spells developing. A few mist and fog patches will form, especially along the Great Glen. Light winds. Minimum temperature 4 °C.

Thursday:

It will be a dry day and brighter than today with sunny spells in most places. Light southerly winds. Maximum temperature 20 °C.

Today:

A cloudy start to the day with outbreaks of rain this heavy at times with the risk of thunder. By late morning however brighter showery conditions will edge in across from the west. Strong winds at first easing. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Tonight:

Clear intervals and scattered showers during this evening and overnight most of these will fall over the high ground in the west. Brisk southwesterly winds. Minimum temperature 12 °C.

Monday:

Monday will be a mixture of sunny intervals and scattered showers these will be heaviest and most frequent over the west of the area and particularly over the high ground. Maximum temperature 20 °C.

Today:

The Isles and the west cool and rather cloudy with showers and a fresh to strong southwest breeze. Bright with sunshine and scattered showers in Inverness and the east. Maximum temperature 17 °C.

Tonight:

A few showers continuing in the northwest, elsewhere becoming dry with some clear spells. Winds becoming a mainly light southerly. Minimum temperature 7 °C.

Tuesday:

A mainly dry bright day with some sunny spells though the odd shower will develop. Warmer. A band of rain will reach Lochaber this evening and spread north tonight. Maximum temperature 20 °C.

It will be a rather cloudy day with showers or longer spells of rain which could be heavy at times especially in the north. A few brighter intervals, mainly further southwest across the Uists and Lochaber. Fresh northwesterly winds. Maximum temperature 15 °C.

Tonight:

Staying cloudy with some outbreaks of rain, these more persistent across the Northwest Highlands though some heavy outbreaks also possible in the east. Some drier spells in Badenoch and Lochaber. Minimum temperature 11 °C.

Sunday:

The Isles and the west will be cool and cloudy with some outbreaks of rain. Brighter in the east with sunny intervals and occasional showers. Maximum temperature 16 °C.
